When you lose yourself, lay down in your bed, light a candle, play music if you feel like it, and think about everything, or think about nothing, just lay there. Recollect yourself. Breath. You might even sleep, but when you wake up keep that moment with you. The one where you were calm on your bed completely yourself. Be okay with that. Accept it for what it is. Remember that you’ll be able to find that place again. Maybe in a different place or a different point in life. It may even be the next day or next week. Let yourself come back to it. You’ll always be calm in that moment despite anything else.
